Get set up
Launch Sunday opens a 30-day window for your people to text in and take the read. Before Week 1, tell us about your church, mark who serves now, and record the teams and small groups you have today, so you start from real answers.

Alignment
Walk the Alignment map from the biggest gap, pick your teams (at least 2, with 2 to 4 suggested), and find a leader for each, so every person has somewhere to land.

Activate
Give each leader their people, have the next-move talk with each person, and place them on a team, so no one who raised a hand is left waiting.

Your leaders start raising the next leaders, and the 90-Day Mirror shows how far your people moved. Then you close the season, and the work stays with your church.

What the 90 days look like
Launch Sunday and Get set up come first. Then about three months, with your team doing the asking. Your steps set the pace.
Month 1: Weeks 1-4
Align

Walk the Alignment map, pick 2 to 4 teams, and ask a leader for each one yourself.
Month 2: Weeks 5-8
Activate
Have conversations.

What it is, and what it isn't. The Activation Season moves the people who walked the three days into teams. Your membership database stays where it is. Send results to your ChMS (Planning Center and six others) with Sync now and again when you close the season, or export a CSV anytime. You keep everything you build. After your 12 months the live portal pauses until you renew or re-run Martha. One-time purchases never auto-charge.
