The Coaching Partnership puts an Activation Partner beside your team, reading your numbers with you, naming what needs attention, and keeping the next two weeks clear after every call. Your team does the work. Your Activation Partner helps you see what matters and keeps it moving.
An add-on to Martha Complete, and to Andrew, Saul or Solomon once your church has run Martha.
Never sold on its own.
You may not need this. The Martha Project, Andrew, and Saul are each built for your team to run. The frameworks are clear, the pathways are defined, and the portal tracks everything. You don't need a coaching partnership to make them work.
Churches that keep moving usually have someone reading the numbers beside them, every two weeks. Someone who names a stall before it becomes a three-month drift, and makes the next two weeks specific. That is the partnership: an Activation Partner who keeps the work moving.
Coaching means an Activation Partner walks beside your team: reading your numbers with you and helping you decide what comes next. It is not training, and your Activation Partner does not do the work for you. With Activation Support, an Activation Specialist from our team supports your activation season.
Three components. One consistent rhythm. The same standard regardless of which product your church is running.
Your Activation Partner leads. Every call follows the same structure and ends with a specific, named two-week priority list your point person owns.
Your Activation Partner reviews your church's data every week, between calls. What's moving. What's stalling. What signals are appearing that need attention before they become problems.
For quick strategic questions, course corrections, and decisions that can't wait for the next scheduled call. You ask from any page in the portal; your Activation Partner answers there, and the answer lands in your inbox too.
The partnership is church-level. It starts with Martha Complete and stays with you when a church that has run Martha adds Andrew, Saul or Solomon. Same structure. Same standard. The content of the coaching shifts to match where you are.
You've opened your teams and named your leaders. The partnership keeps it moving, monitors the activation data, and surfaces what's next before it becomes a problem. The pipeline is built for your team to run, and the partnership is what gets it there.
You've surfaced who's ready to invite. The partnership provides the accountability rhythm that turns readiness into action: consistent follow-up, barrier tracking, and the coaching that keeps invitation culture from fading back into silence.
You've identified the formation gaps. The partnership holds the pastoral health cadence and keeps the work from slipping back into the noise. Formation work is slow. The partnership is what makes it consistent.
You've invited your key leaders into a private stewardship read. The partnership keeps the follow-through moving: the conversations scheduled, the pathways honored, and each leader's next step actually taken toward the vision.
Each month has a different center of gravity, and calls fall in Weeks 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11. The months are a general guide. Some churches take longer; your steps set the pace. The engagement is designed to end with a church that doesn't need us, not one that does.
The heaviest month, with the highest touch. Calls fall in Weeks 1 and 3, starting the week of your Bridge Meeting. Your Activation Partner is inside the data early and often: surfacing what your Scorecard or project data revealed, helping you pick your teams and name a leader for each, and getting each leader their people before inertia sets in.
Highest involvementThe church is in motion, and the work is conversations. Calls fall in Weeks 5 and 7, with monitoring between them. Your Activation Partner helps you keep the next-move talks moving, rest first, as people land on teams. What's stalling gets named. What's working gets reinforced. At Week 8, your Activation Partner reads the Mid-Point Report, then walks it with you on the Week 9 call: what's moving, what isn't, and the focus for the last four weeks.
Mid-Point Report, read Week 8, walked Week 9Moves toward independence. Calls fall in Weeks 9 and 11, and your leaders start raising the next leaders. Is the season running without weekly direction? Can your point person hold the pipeline without prompting? At Week 11, your Activation Partner walks you through the Season Handoff on the coaching call. The final call is a deliberate renewal conversation, not a pitch, a real assessment of what the next quarter actually needs.
Season Handoff, Week 11Continue for another term, reduce to a monthly check-in, or conclude. All three are valid. The goal of every coaching partnership is a church that runs its own season, not one that depends on ours. If the church is there, we say so.
Being clear about scope protects both sides. If a need falls outside this list, it doesn't disappear. It becomes a separate custom engagement conversation.
Needs outside this scope are handled through a separate custom engagement. Ask us what that looks like.
One rate for every church, at every stage, so the conversation stays about your people and never about the price. The engagement is the same standard everywhere: the same cadence, the same attention, the same partner beside your team.
The churches that move fastest aren't the ones with the best system. They're the ones with someone watching the data alongside them.Book a call →
