Before You Start

The questions pastors ask us.

How much time does it take?

For your people: three short days by text, five questions a day, whenever they have a moment. For you: one message to launch, and two short notes between days, about two minutes each. That personal note is the one piece we leave in your hands, by design. For your leadership: one Clarity Session. Church will always be busy, and Andrew fits inside a full calendar.

How do people join?

By text. One QR code on the screen and in the lobby opens a message that is already filled in. They tap send, get a confirmation right away, their link later that day, and a reminder at 8am the next day. No app, no login, and anyone can reply STOP.

Who does the inviting?

Your people do, from their own phones, in their own words. Unseen Church never contacts the people they name. Your Bridge list drafts a short note for each person who is one conversation away, and you send it yourself, as yourself.

What happens at day 90?

The same people answer a short 90-day follow-up: did they invite someone, did anyone come, did the barriers shift. Your 90-Day Mirror shows the invitations made and the guests who came, against where your people started. It names what moved, and it does not promise a number.

Who sees the answers?

This is your congregation's data. You, as the pastor, and the point person you designate have access to the responses and the scorecard. It isn't anonymized away from you, and it is never ours to read for our own purposes, resell, or keep beyond your engagement. What your people share is held the way it always has been in the church, by leaders who care for them.

Where is this in Scripture?

Andrew found his brother Simon and brought him to Jesus (John 1:40-42). The Samaritan woman said "Come and see," and her town came out to meet him (John 4:28-30). Jesus sent the healed man home to his own people (Mark 5:18-20). The gospel has always moved through trusted relationships.

How does it fit with The Martha Project?

Martha helps you see the gifts already inside your church. Andrew looks beyond the doors, to the people your people already know. Andrew works on its own and pairs well with Martha. The Annual Plan brings all four projects into one year.
