Barna's finding: attendance is rising, but daily reliance on faith and long-term discipleship have not moved with it.

A Formation Scorecard for the whole room: what people carry, the five postures, and where hearts want to be in six months. The scorecard shows counts, never names. Names stay with you and your point person, on the list of who you walk with.
The scorecard reads the room. Your list is where names live: you and your point person see who is ready to be walked with, and keep track of each one. Look again at 90 days.
See it. Your church's own spread of postures, as counts. Postures, not labels.

One fee. Priced by your typical Sunday attendance: everyone you invite, not only those who respond. The same tiers as The Andrew Project and the Martha read.
Often comes after The Andrew Project or The Martha Project. Saul tends to land best once trust is built. Churches already in the Activation Portal open Saul right there, and Activation Support can walk it with you. Starting with Saul? That works too. Book a call and we'll talk it through.
All four projects in one year: the Annual Plan, 20% off · 2,500+, multi-campus, or a network: let's talk
Launch timing. About a month from booking to Launch Sunday: two weeks to set up, two weeks to promote. We take a limited number of church-wide launches each month, so earlier dates fill first. Reserve your launch window.

For your people: three short days on their phone, eight or nine questions a day, each day opening with an audio devotional of about four minutes. They answer whenever they have a moment. For you: one message to launch, and a short note between each day. There is no new program to staff.
By text. One QR code goes on the screen and in the lobby. A person texts JOIN SAUL with your church's code, and their link comes straight back, with a reminder set for 8am the next morning. No app, no login, no web form. Anyone can reply STOP.
No. When someone finishes, they receive a thank-you and a word of hope from Scripture. No posture, score or label is shown to them. The five postures appear only as counts on your scorecard: where hearts are right now, never a verdict on anyone.
This is your congregation's data. You, as the pastor, and the point person you designate have access to the responses and the reports. It isn't anonymized away from you. The scorecard itself shows counts, never names. Names appear only on your list of who you walk with. What your people share is held by your church, the way it always has been, by leaders who care for their souls. It is never ours to read for our own purposes, resell, or keep beyond your engagement.
They choose that at the end, yes or no. If they say yes, they are on your list, and a pastor from your church can follow up. Any follow-up comes from a person at your church, never from us.
No. Saul is a formation journey for your church. It is not counseling, and it does not watch for or respond to emergencies. Pastoral care stays with your church, the way it always has.
Day 1, Reflect, opens with 1 Samuel 15:22: to obey is better than sacrifice. Saul kept the religious language while his heart drifted. Day 2, Return, draws on Psalm 51, David's prayer for a pure heart, where honesty becomes the way home. Day 3, Renew, draws on Matthew 7:24-27, the builders on rock and sand, toward one small, real next step.
Your people are asked again, so you can see how their own answers have moved. The 90-Day Mirror shows how many have been walked with and how the room has moved toward solid ground. It is a snapshot of the season, never a verdict on anyone's soul.
Yes. The whole journey runs in English or Spanish, switched with one tap.
Saul runs on its own, or as the formation layer beneath Martha, Andrew and Solomon. Running more than one this year? The Annual Plan brings all four together.
Still have questions? That is what the call below is for. You can also read the full FAQ or send a note.
The call is about your church: how Saul fits the season you're in, your questions, and whether now is the time to begin.
Fifteen minutes. Your church, your questions. Nothing to prepare.
