"God gave Solomon wisdom and very great insight, and a breadth of understanding as measureless as the sand on the seashore."
What They Carry

More than one role can hold.

Wisdom that has run real organizations. Judgment made under pressure. Expertise, networks, and the capacity to build something that lasts.

Solomon helps you see the whole of it, and where it fits.

What they actually carry: wisdom that has run real organizations, judgment made under pressure, expertise, networks, and the capacity to build something that lasts, with Matthew 25:21

Before You Start

The questions pastors ask us.

Who is Solomon for?

The high-capacity people in your church, leading at church or not: people carrying real wisdom, judgment, expertise, networks, and the capacity to build. You choose who to invite. We never tell you who belongs on that list.

How does a leader join?

Only by your invitation. There is no public sign-up and no keyword. Each leader you choose receives one private text from your church: "Hannah, your church has invited you into The Solomon Project, a private stewardship read for people carrying real capacity." The link that follows belongs to that leader alone.

How long does it take?

About 12 minutes. Twelve questions in three short parts: What You Carry, How You Steward It, and Where You're Ready to Move. Leaders answer on their own phone, whenever they have a quiet moment, with no app and no login.

What does each leader receive?

A Stewardship Profile of their own. It names their archetype, what's clear, the tension they may feel, and where their capacity is most under-leveraged, with a path matched to how they're wired. When they finish, their profile is shared with you, their pastor.

What are the four archetypes?

Four different ways a leader is wired to steward and build. Each leader sees theirs as a gift, and that is how you read it too.

Who sees the results?

You, and one point person you choose. It is your church's data, held by your church. We never resell it, and it is never ours to read for our own purposes.

What do I do with the results?

Open your list of who’s ready, and where. Leaders who asked for a conversation come first, then those ready now. Each has a private brief: what they carry, where the gap is, and a way in. It is understanding to write from, in your own words. When a leader is in a season of rest, mark it "Honor: not this season." That is a finished win, and it stays one.

What happens at 90 days?

Each leader receives a short follow-up of 12 questions on what has shifted. The Stewardship Lift then shows you what moved across your leaders, read as growth and never as a grade.

Does Unseen Church contact our leaders?

No. Every invitation goes out in your church's name, and every conversation is yours. We provide the structure. Your church does the follow-through.

How does it connect to The Martha Project?

Martha reads the whole church. Solomon goes deeper with a few. A Martha read often surfaces leaders whose capacity reaches past a single ministry role, and they are natural people to invite. See The Martha Project.

Can a ministry or network run it?

Yes. A church, religious nonprofit, or ministry leader can start with a conversation, and we will walk through what a cohort looks like in your context.

Still have questions? That is what the conversation below is for. You can also read the full FAQ or send a note.

Your Next Step

A private conversation about your leaders.

Bring the names you have in mind and the season your church is in. We will walk through the invitation together and decide whether now is the time to begin.

Fifteen minutes. Your church, your questions. Nothing to prepare.
