Hear your volunteers before they quietly step back.
New volunteers text in when they say yes. Over their first month, a few short texts ask what they love to do and where they'd like to serve.

One text when they say yes.
At a serve fair, a class or a team night, they scan the QR code or text the volunteer keyword. Their first link follows.
Three weeks in, a quick check.
Day 1 asks what they love to do and where they'd like to serve. Three weeks later, whether they could serve regularly.
A thank-you at the one-month mark.
After their next-step questions, a last text thanks them in your words.

That's their side. Here's yours. The read opens with the one thing worth knowing, then who's ready to start and who can serve regularly.
Who to help get started.
Who asked for a follow-up about serving, who wants training and who's quietly ready.

Months in, see who's serving.
A follow-up 15 to 90 days on asks if they've started serving and how it's going. You see who grew and who slipped.

Priced by the people you invite.
By how many you plan to invite: everyone you invite, not only those who respond.
Each journey is its own purchase.
The questions pastors ask us.
When do the texts arrive?
- The first comes the day they join.
- The next comes about three weeks later.
- One more comes at about a month.
- A thank-you follows.
Texts never arrive before 8 in the morning or after 7:30 at night.
Does it run all year?
It's one run. Always-on is available if you want every new volunteer to start their own first month, all through the year.
Do volunteers need an app?
No. A text and a link. Anyone can reply STOP at any time. Journeys are for people 13 and up.
Can we change the words?
Yes. Your welcome note, a verse and the note on each day are yours to write, with examples to start from.
Who sees the answers?
You and the people you choose, by name. Unseen Church sends the texts and brings the answers back to you. We don't read, interpret or act on what your people share. Everything exports by person to CSV.
How does it fit with The Martha Project?
If your church runs Martha, you can invite a volunteer from their profile into it. Nothing moves on its own. Your church decides.
Still have questions? That is what a call is for. You can also read the full FAQ.
