One door, two lanes.
Your team texts in or scans the poster at rehearsal. One question sends each person the right way: already on the team, or hoping to join.
Craft and heart, one tap at a time.
The first check-in asks what they carry and how the serving rhythm sits with their life. Ten days later, one short follow-up.
A thank-you for carrying the services.
Each check-in ends with thanks in your words, and a few days later, one more.

That's their side. Here's yours. This Week's Two, Carried Well, the Rest List and Ready for More. Each care note reads as a next step, like grabbing coffee with someone.

The questions pastors ask us.
Is anyone's skill rated?
No. Growth is asked about, and proficiency never is. Nobody is ranked against anyone else.
Who sees Team Health?
You and the leaders you choose. Your pastor sees the Pastor Page, which has no names.
What if someone says they're running low?
It goes to your church admin, so a person at your church can check in. Unseen Church never monitors answers and is never the responder.
How often do they hear from us?
Two check-ins to start, about ten days apart, then a thank-you. After that, one short pulse each quarter. Texts never arrive before 8 in the morning or after 7:30 at night.
Teens on the team?
Anyone 13 and up can take part.
Who sees the answers?
You and the leaders you choose, by name. Unseen Church sends the texts and brings the answers back to you. We don't read, interpret or act on what your team shares.
Still have questions? That is what a call is for. You can also read the full FAQ.
