How This Actually Goes | Unseen Church

The Path

How this actually goes.

Five steps, start to finish. No hidden phases, no surprise invoices, and no plan handed to you before anyone has asked what you are building.

Want to start smaller? The One Question asks your people one question a season, by text.

1

The Lens

90 seconds

You walk the same kind of experience your people would. A few honest questions, a moment to sit with them, and a picture of where your church is right now. By text. No app, no account, nothing to install. Take it on your own in about ninety seconds, or ask us and we will walk it with you on a call, one question at a time.

Your part Answer a few questions honestly.
Ours Listen, then show you what we heard.
2

A real conversation

About 20 minutes

We ask two things: where your church is right now, and what would have to be true a year from now for you to call this a good year. Then we say it back to you, and nothing gets recommended until you tell us we have it right.

Your part Tell us the truth about your season.
Ours Ask, listen, and repeat it back before we suggest anything.
3

The Discovery Season

Launch Sunday, then three days

The Martha Project begins. You announce it on Launch Sunday, your people text to join and answer ten questions a day for three days from their own phones, and you mention it again over the next week or two so nobody who missed that morning gets left out. Enrollment stays open for thirty days.

Your part One announcement, a couple of reminders. About twenty minutes a week.
Ours The build, the questions, the reminder wording, and the reading of it all.
4

Your Inventory Read

Within days of closing

You get the picture. Who is ready to lead. Who is ready to serve, and where they said they want to. Who is quietly carrying too much. What every person brings that no database has ever had a field for. We will walk you through it on a call if you want a guide, or you can read it on your own. The data is yours either way.

Your part Sit down with it.
Ours Hand you the whole read, in plain language.
5

The season you choose

You set the pace

Now the real conversation, and it is a different one because you have seen your own church. Some churches take the read and carry it with their own systems. Some go on to the Activation Season: 90 days, with the portal giving your team the structure for the follow-through. Both are fine, and your people lead it either way. The read is yours to keep.

Your part Decide what your church needs, at your pace.
Ours Walk it with you, if you want us to. An Activation Specialist can add hands.
Worth noticing

The decision comes after you see it.

Most things sold to churches ask you to commit to a plan before anyone has looked in the room. This runs the other way. You see your own congregation first, in your own data, and what to do about it is a conversation you have afterward, holding the answers. Nothing about the read obligates you to the next step.

Step one, really

It starts with your season.

Four churches sit down with us. The path is the same. What it is for is not.

Stretched The same ten people carry everything.
Growing Adding people faster than leaders.
Steady Same faces, same numbers, years running.
In transition A pastor leaving, arriving, or holding the middle.
