Reserve a launch window

Plan your season. Reserve your launch window.

Every launch gets a planning call and a launch lead from our team. Tell us when you'd like to launch, up to six months out, and we'll set up a short call to talk through your season and hold your date.

Why we schedule launches

Every church-wide launch gets real setup time: your launch kit, your words, your date, and a planning call with our team. We schedule launches ahead so every church gets that time, with a launch lead from our team.

Dates are open up to six months out. The new year, the weeks after Easter, and the fall usually go first. If you're not sure yet, tell us roughly when and we'll help you pick.

Plan the season now, so your people hear about it at the right time.
How launch timing works

About a month from booking to Launch Sunday.

Planning further ahead? You can reserve up to six months out, which gives larger teams time to plan the calendar and approvals.

1

Reserve

Pick a launch month and we set up a short call. We confirm the fit and the project together, then hold your date.

2

Two weeks to set up

Your launch kit, your Launch Sunday date, a planning call, and your invoice. Everything ready before anyone hears about it.

3

Two weeks to promote

Your church hears it's coming, from the stage and in your own words.

4

Launch Sunday

Enrollment opens for 30 days. Then your Activation Season begins.

Straight answers

What a pastor usually wants to know first.

How far ahead can we reserve?

Up to six months. Popular seasons go first, so if you already have one in mind, it's worth reserving early.

Is there a deposit?

Only after we've talked and you've decided to go ahead. Your date is held once your project is paid in full or a 50% deposit is in. The deposit is half the price of the project you enroll in (the Discovery Season, or Martha Complete with the Activation Season), and it is credited in full toward it. The balance is due before Launch Sunday. Activation Support is billed monthly once your season starts, so it is not part of the deposit. If your calendar changes, you can move your date once at no cost.

What if we're not sure which project?

Choose "Not sure" on the form. The call is where we work it out together, starting with the season your church is in.

What if the budget is what's in the way?

The Church Activation Fund may be able to help, based on your application and available funds. Apply to the Fund →

For your finance team. Your price is in your proposal, and every project's pricing is on its page. The deposit holds your date and is credited in full toward your project. The balance is invoiced during setup, before Launch Sunday, and can be paid by card or bank transfer. We're happy to send a W-9 and answer your team's questions directly.

Which projects this is for. The Martha, Andrew, and Saul Projects run church-wide, so they're the ones we schedule here. Planning a camp, conference, retreat, or mission trip? Start from that journey's page and tell us your dates. We need about two weeks before your event to set it up. The Solomon Project runs with a small group of your leaders, so it doesn't need a launch window either.

Reserve your window

Tell us when you'd like to launch.

About two minutes. Pick a month, tell us a little about your church, and we'll set up a short call to talk through your season.

Nothing is final until we've talked. No deposit is due until you decide to go ahead.

We'll be in touch within two business days.
